Third Translation PR

My third PR included translation of this page.

My third PR translated the Using images in HTML guide because it’s the ultimate cheat sheet—from <img> basics to responsive <picture> setups and CSS tricks like object-fit—that saved me from layout jumps and slow-loading pictures in my own projects. By localizing its clear explanations and performance best practices, I’m giving Russian-speaking devs that same shortcut to rock-solid image delivery.

The page itself is not that big, it contains some of the internal links and attributes. I made sure that if there is a translation of the external link to russian, to navigate to that page or otherwise leave the link that directs to the english page.

After finishing the translation, I hosted the website locally to check for any visual errors. Afterwards, I initiated my PR

The automatic review was done in a span of seconds, all the checks have been passed and I have been assigned with a reviewer.
